SLEEK - Au Natural Palette

Hi Everyone,

I got the new Sleek - Au Natural palette recently and thought I introduce it...

As with all Sleek products, this palette does not disappoint quality wise. It has a nice variety of neutral shades that range from a light off-white matte to an intensely matte black.

All shadows are, in my opinion, very creamy and soft with a really good pigmentation. This, at least for me, makes up the usual fallout you get with any Sleek eyeshadow. I don't know why they do it... they just do....

The only thing that I do dislike about this palette is that 8 of the shades are a matte finish and only 4 are velvety  shimmer. And I am a girl who likes shimmer in her shadows!!! But, I think it is a very good palette with gorgeous shades in it, which should not be missing as a staple in every make up collection.

From left to right (top row in the palette):

Nougat (matte), Nubuck (matte), Cappuccino (matte), Honeycomb (matte), Toast (matte) and Taupe (shimmer)

Bottom row from left to right:

Conker (shimmer), Moss (velvet), Bark (matte), Mineral Earth (shimmer), Regal (matte) and Noir (matte)

Nailpolish of the Day: NYX Sheer Pink

Hi everyone,

My nailcolor for today, and to be honest for the last days as well :-) , is NYX's Sheer Pink.

I am soooooooo excited about this new nail varnish, I can't even tell!!! NYX is not being sold over the counter here in the UK yet, so, obviously, I was never able to find it anywhere else than on their website. However, I am a bit reluctant to order cosmetics online in general. The only place I like makeup-online-shopping is at ELF... But... last weekend I went to Britains Next Topmodel Live with a friend and NYX actually had a stand there. So, after happily chit-chatting to the lovely salesgirls I went through all the stuff they had and actually found a few products I am already loving. I will be introducing them all during the next few weeks!!!

Anyways, check out this colour first of all!!! Me loving it!!! :-))))

Superdrug - Mini Haul

Hi everyone,

these are the pictures to my youtube video about the items I recently bought at Superdrug. I will also link to the video in the bottom in case you haven't seen it yet.

The first item is this gorgeous Bourjois blush in number 34 Rose D'Or.

A really creamy and pigmented blush which has golden glitter in it. As it is just so pigmented, I would recomment to use it sparingly. It's perfect even as a highlight colour. Just gorgeous!!!! I am absolutely in love with it. :-)

The next item I got is the new Nail Glitter by Gosh in the colour silver. You basically paint your nail as usual in any colour, then dip your finger in the little pot it comes in (while the nail polish is still wet), brush of the access and wait for it to dry. Then apply a topcoat and you have amazing sparkling nails. :-) It comes in a variety of colours like, silver, purple, green, pink and I believe in blue.

Also from Bourjois, I got their Volume Glamour Ultra Curl Mascara in Black Curl.

This mascara simply does what it says.... I have really long lashes and it gave me this ultra curling effect without using a lash curler!! However, it did not give me an amazing amount of volume... but that might just be with my lashes.... If you have made a different experience, please comment below.. I would love to hear it!!!

Last but not least.... my new Rimmer Moisture Renew Lipstick in Vintage Pink.

Like all Lipsticks from the Moisture Renew line, this one does not dissappoint. The texture is really creamy and soft. I just glides on your lips and will stay put for hours!! The colour is very pigmented but will still go on nice and sheer... if that makes sense... and is also really buildable. An all round perfect neutral colour for autumn.

Nailpolish of the day

Hi guys,

today's Nailpolish of the day is Maybelline's Forever Strong PRO nailpolish in Golden Brown. I absolutely adore this colour, especially for autumn!!

It's a really gorgeous neutral colour, which is great for everyday wear.

What drew me to this colour in the first place was the nice satin sheen it has got. No glitter or sparkle, just a really nice sheen... And... even though it is called Golden Brown, I think it definately looks more like a rosegold, especially in the sunshine (one of my favourite colours anyways :-) )!!! Absolutely my new favourite, neutral colour for this autumn....
